submit a new items order. We don’t store credit card/payment account
information in our servers.
Currently our manufacturer is fulfilling orders normally,
which takes approximately 2-7 business days. However, this may change if the
pandemic has an incline. If your order is delayed, our customer care
department will reach out to you by email.
When unpacking your T-shirt or hoodie, you may notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry1 That's a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. The fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used to help the ink bond with the fabric. If we don't pre-treat it the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is to wash the garment! Both the residue and smell should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is noticeable, our quality control will include a card in the packaging explaining that it's from the fixation agent.
